Peachy did a customer satisfaction survey in 2015 to learn how customers felt about their finances. Peachy customer survey was carried out in February 2015 via Survey Monkey. There were 902 people who started the survey and 822 who actually finished it.
Here, the main results of the survey are brought out, highlighted and analysed. The analysis consists of four parts:
- Respondents short-term loan taking habits
- Their media consumption habits
- Their satisfaction with Peachy.co.uk and its product
- And overall demographics
The results of this analysis have been compared with last survey results (2013) as much as questions are comparable.
