Experiencing temporary payment Difficulties due to the Coronavirus

From 27 April 2020, we’re supporting customers who experience temporary payment difficulties as a result of circumstances relating to coronavirus.

If your circumstances have been affected by the coronavirus outbreak, we can offer you a temporary payment freeze of up to 1 month. The missed payment can be paid affordably after the end of the freeze, and you will not be charged any interest or fees for 1 month during the freeze period.
